In these times, when COVID-19 is looming as a threat on the entire world and all of us are asked to take safety measures to beat the virus together, Bollywood celebrities are doing their own bit to educate the masses. Several actors have taken to their social media accounts, urging everyone to stay at home and explaining why it is so important to maintain social distancing. And now, Shah Rukh Khan has joined the list.

King Khan took to social media and shared a video, where he’s appealing to everyone how important it is right now to stay at home to fight this virus. Shah Rukh Khan also tells some safety measures one should take like washing hands regularly, covering your mouth while sneezing and maintaining a safe distance from people who have cough and cold.

The star made a fun-and-informative video on COVID-19 using scenes from his movies.

From the popular Loveria song of his 1992 hit Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman to stills from hits such as Kal Ho Na Ho, Chalte Chalte and Raees, clips of various SRK films have been put together in an attempt to convey facts about coronavirus in his explainer.

Stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aaryan, Anushka Sharma and many more have been spreading the importance of social-distancing and how we can all beat this pandemic together. Tomorrow, India will observe a Janta-curfew till 9 PM and stars have also been promoting this PM’s move for taking these small measures to make sure everyone remains safe.

As of 2015, Shah Rukh Khan is co-chairman of the motion picture production company Red Chillies Entertainment and its subsidiaries and is the co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders and the Caribbean Premier League team Trinbago Knight Riders.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan has been missing in action from the big screen since December 2018. He was last seen in Zero. His fans are eagerly waiting for him to announce his next project.
