Rhea blames Sara in confession to NCB on Sushant case

Rhea was in jail last year for 28 days in connection with the drug nexus probed by NCB while investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s death

A television news channel today accessed actress Rhea Chakraborty’s charge sheet and her complete confession to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), where she made some startling revelations like actress Sara Ali Khan — Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter — offering her marijuana and vodka.

The NCB had recorded the confession in connection with the Sushant Singh Rajput case, where the probe by three central agencies seems to have narrowed to one, with no news of Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) progress in the investigation into the actor’s possible murder or the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) probe into an alleged money-laundering racket that Rajput had possibly got a whiff of.

Rhea revealed her chat with Sara to NCB that took place on 4 June 2017. In the chat, Sara is alluding to give Rhea rolled marijuana joints and vodka. The actress also confessed that Sara used to have hand-rolled ‘doobies’ (cannabis cigarettes) with her, which she would share with Rhea.

Last year, the NCB had summoned Sara Ali Khan in connection with the case of Sushant Singh Rajput, where she confessed to dating the actor briefly and accompanying him to a trip to Thailand.

Rhea Chakraborty, who was dating and was in a live-in relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput, has been in limelight since the untimely demise of the actor last year. An FIR against the actress was filed by Sushant’s family, which have accused her of  abetment to suicide and  siphoning off of late actor’s money. Rhea has categorically denied both the charges.

Rhea was in jail last year for 28 days in connection with the drug nexus probed by NCB while investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

On 14 June 2020, Rajput was found dead in his Bandra residence. Mumbai Police had promptly pronounced it a case of suicide. However, after the actor’s family and fans raised concerns, the case has been under investigation by multiple government agencies.

The CBI is looking at his death along with the NCB probing the drugs angle and the ED looking into the money laundering matter.

Rhea says Sushant’s sister, brother-in-law drugged him

Rhea talks about Sushant’s sister. “I would like to add that on 8 June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput received a WhatsApp message from his sister Priyanka Singh telling him to take librium 10 mg, Nexito, etc. which are drugs under the NDPS Act, 1985. She has also provided a prescription from Dr Tarun who is a cardiologist and has marked Sushant for OPD patient, without consulting or meeting or online consultation with Sushant. These medicines are not to be given or administered without a psychiatrist consultation,” she said.

Rhea Chakraborty said that these drugs could have caused his untimely death as his sister Meetu was living with him. Rhea also stated that Sushant used to consume marijuana without her consent. She added that she wanted to admit Sushant to a hospital but couldn’t do so without his content.
