The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is scared of the coronavirus. the Islamic terrorist organisation has issued a health advisory for his militants, asking them to stay away from infected person, wash hands before eating food and not go to Europe.

After China, Europe is now the most vulnerable to the global coronavirus pandemic. Italy and Iran are the worst hit after China. So far, more than 5,000 people have died of coronavirus.

The ISIS message reads, ‘Trust in the one above. Wash hands before eating. Run away from a person who has tested positive like running away on seeing a lion.”

ISIS order: Hands up, cover your mouth

These instructions are printed in the ISIS newsletter al Naba. The instructions include keeping the mouth covered and covering the face with hands while sneezing.

ISIS-stronghold Iraq and Syria have not reported any coronavirus death though. There are currently 79 reported cases of coronavirus in Iraq. There is no case in Syria. But there are fears that the biological agent may reach there as well.

ISIS has said if any mujahid (Islamic holy warrior) shows symptoms of the disease, he must seek necessary advice from a doctor immediately. Also, if someone sneezes or coughs, stay away from the person and if it affects oneself or even otherwise, use a mask.

Issuing the five-page directive in its mouthpiece al Naba, the ISIS has written that the global pandemic is the wrath of Allah and that the disease has spread all over the world recently. “This is what Allah wills,” the directive says. But it adds, “The people of Allah need not fear this disease.”

Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, was killed by the US in October 2019, after which ISIS has completely broken down. Now due to Corona, the organization is afraid that some jihadi will come back in its grip.

Kovid-19 has been declared an epidemic by WHO. Infection of this virus has engulfed about 1,33,970 people from around 120 countries and plots around the world, while more than five thousand people have died.
