Celebrities welcome the decision of vaccine for all 18+

In a significant decision to check the surge in COVID-19 cases, the government on Monday announced that everyone above the age of 18 will be eligible to take the vaccine from May 1. The decision on a liberalised and accelerated Phase 3 strategy of COVID-19 vaccination was taken in a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The nation welcomed the decision, as did Bollywood celebrities. Stars like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Malaika Arora, Huma Qureshi, Mira Kapoor, Mithila Palkar, Arpita Khan Sharma and more took to their respective social media handles to laud the decision.
