Banihal: A car exploded in Banihal of Jammu and Kashmir. The blast happened when the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy was passing through the area. The force said in a statement that no harm was caused to the jawans and that an investigation has been initiated into the case.

The CRPF mentioned in the statement specifies that a car exploded near Banihal in Jammu and Kashmir at around 10.30 AM when a convoy of the force’s jawans was passing through the area.

A fire broke out at the rear end of the CRPF vehicle, causing minor damage. No jawan has suffered injury due to the blast. The incident is under investigation.

According to an ANI report, this explosion occurred in a car in Banihal of Ramban in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to the initial information, it was reported that, at first glance, it seemed that the car’s cylinder exploded. When the blast took place, the convoy of the CRPF was quite far away.

It does not appear prima facie that the car was being used to target the CRPF convoy. However, no conclusion can be reached before the investigation into the case is over.
