Another actress Divya Sri, actors Pawan Kumar and Chandu caught running sex racket

Guntur In another shocking revelation, another Tollywood actress has been caught in a prostitution racket in Hyderabad. Kannadiga Divya Sri is a new name to come up in flesh-trade. She has acted in the film BTech Babu.

Sources have been quoted that the police had prior information of the Guntur racket. The police apparently raided a house after a tipoff, where the actress was caught red-handed. Police sources have further confirmed that some less known actresses and models were also caught with Divya. They said the other actors arrested Pawan Kumar, Chandu and some others from the local industry are active in the racket.

The police are probing whether this new racket has to do with anything with National Award winning Shweta Basu Prasad’s prostitution rack. Earlier last week, the 23-year old actor was caught in a posh hotel in Banjara Hills in Hyderabad, trapped by a decoy customer.

Another caught with Divya Sri has been identified as the character who acted as Divya Sri’s friend in BTech Babu. She is now acting as the heroine in a which is under production. She has also played supporting roles in some films in the past. The police said the owner of the house that was raided and actors Pawan Kumar and Chandu were pimps in the racket.

On being caught, Basu Prasad had said she was not the only actor drawn to the flesh trade. The remark had sent shivers down the spine of actors who knew they were part of prostitution rackets, and that the revelation of their names was just a matter of time.

Once again, as in the case of Basu Prasad, the police has not revealed the names of the clients involved in the alleged racket.
